RETURN POLICY

Deskavon™ reviews eligible return requests made within 30 days after the delivery date recorded for the order.
Products should ordinarily be unused, complete, clean, and free from damage caused after receipt.
Original inserts, instructions, removable parts, protective materials, and product packaging should be included where available.
A return should not be sent until the customer has contacted the store and received the applicable instructions.
Deskavon™ is operated by Beijing Lanmo Science & Trade Co., Ltd.

The request should identify the order, the product, and the reason for return. Photographs may be required when the request involves damage, missing pieces, an incorrect item, or a possible production issue.

Opened consumable supplies, used refills, personalized items, and products clearly marked as final sale may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not remove remedies that apply to goods delivered damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

A return may be declined when an item has been damaged through excessive pressure, incorrect assembly, overloading, exposure to unsuitable substances, unauthorized alteration, improper storage, or use contrary to the supplied directions.

Once an approved return is received, its condition and contents may be checked before a resolution is issued. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.

Return transportation may remain the customer’s responsibility when the request results from preference, incorrect measurement, surface incompatibility, or selection of an unsuitable product. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
